Emergency call-out response times are between 1 & 4 Hours for high priority buildings i.e. Data Centre’s and priority equipment.

Yes, professional maintenance goes beyond what a typical person is eqiupped to deal with, including refrigeration checks and leak checks, deep cleaning the evaprator coil etc. Having a proffesional examine the air conditioning/refrigeration system once or twice a year will also help fix underlying problems whilst they are still small and managable with the benefits of keeping your system more economical and in warranty (depedent on the system).

This depends on the use of the area. With high occupancy and a lot of equipment i.e. leisure centres and restuarants they should be checked once a month and probably changed every month or bi monthly but this would be up to the end user. With low occupancy areas i.e. comms rooms or small offices, they should be checked once a month and replaced when they are either discoloured or blocked with dirt, typically 30-90 days after installation but again, this is down to the end users discretion.
